As busy TRIO professionals, you have a lot on your plate. While we are dedicated to supporting our students, it’s easy to overlook our own well-being. Prioritizing self-care is essential. Practicing mindfulness can help you identify your needs and make intentional choices to support yourself, ultimately allowing you to increase your capacity and positively impact your students. As role models, your choices can inspire others. Together, we will commit to taking care of ourselves and explore various mindfulness techniques that will strengthen our foundation of well-being.
