This workshop highlights the essential role of tutoring in enhancing academic performance, increasing retention and graduation rates, and fostering a supportive learning environment through interactive audience engagement. Utilizing empirical data and real-world success stories, the presentation underscores the effectiveness of structured tutoring interventions and examines the transformative impact of tutoring on low-income, disabled, and underrepresented college students, with a focus on those enrolled in Student Support Services.
