actively identify, develop, encourage, advance, link, and support women in higher education.
Dr. Quick served as a Board Member for three years; during her term recognized the importance

In 2020-2021, Dr. Quick decided to align her passion with her purpose and founded Leadership
Academy for Young Women, LLC and Leading Young Women, Inc. a 501c3 non-profit

create environments in which females cultivate healthy academic and social relationships, gain
confidence, recognize their worth, advocate for themselves, and recognize that their leadership

spaces where young women can develop confidence and a strong voice.
