Paradigm Shift has partnered with AEEE and its programs for many years now, providing practical leadership and adventure-based models to help students and professionals develop powerful relationships, set SMART goals, embrace personal responsibility, operate with clarity, and develop a defined purpose.
We invite our participants to learn through dynamic keynotes, interactive workshops, online coaching, and customized training. Most importantly, Paradigm Shift leadership trainers challenge our participants to develop into the best leader that they can be.
We offer dynamic, customized courses focused on leadership, team building, and personal and staff development. These interactive and engaging workshops have been presented across the nation and on five continents.
